General Ledger Accountant

Responsibilities
  • Record details for financial transactions related to various accounting adjustments.
  • Process monthly payroll and allocate relevant deductions.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and record depreciation, ensuring accurate accounting reconciliation.
  • Monitor accounts payable, other creditors, and advance payments for goods.
  • Prepare tax reports (purchase and sales tax) for all subsidiaries and submit them to the Revenue Department.
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments.

     
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the construction contracting business will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in accounting software (ERP) and advanced Excel skills.
